There is a blogging craze going on and it seems that the whole world is blogging today. Every time I see a friend or family member, the first thing they ask is whether or not I have visited their blog. Well, to tell you the truth, I really didn't know anything about blogs and how to set one up so I decided that it was time for me to do some research and learn about blogging.

While friends and family members have blogs just to communicate with each other or share photos and general information, I was more interested in creating a blog as a business in order to generate some income. That's when I decided to find a program that would show me how to create a profitable blog and this is when the fun began. What I found was lots of junk and hype and being skeptical, I began to ask lots of questions. The programs that looked promising, I could not afford and lacked newbie support which I needed. Needless to say, I quickly realized that with all the hype, these programs were not for me. But I didn't give up and came across one program that got my attention so I started to read about it.

Was this program too good to be true? The more I read, the more interested I became and it was truly an eye opener for me. For example, I didn't know that it is not just creating a blog but that in order for that blog to be profitable, you must have:

A Niche - you can't be successful unless you know what it is that you want to do. Preferably this should be something that you enjoy doing and in some way reflects your personality or the theme of your business.

Website - creating your website via a blog. Also making sure that a blog is set up on a domain I own instead of a free service was news to me.

Blogging Software - there are lots of software packages available that will help create a blog but WordPress is by far the best. It is easy to use and the most highly supported when it comes to adding plugins, themes and providing support.

Keywords - using keywords that are being searched and are targeted to a specific niche is what brings traffic to a website. Keywords are the heart and soul of any blog.

Traffic - it is the lifeblood of any online business. Without it, you will not succeed.

Search Engine Optimization - you have to put your offer in front of the search engines so that you can get traffic to your site.

Backlinks - getting backlinks to your site to generate more traffic. I had no idea this existed.

Wow, I could not believe my eyes! Just reading the sales page of this program, this gem that I found, gave me so much good information that I was thrilled because it made perfect sense to me. And to see how much the creators of the program were offering for a small monthly fee just blew me away.

I joined this program because it is the most complete and easy to follow that I've seen and because it is affordable. Since then, I have created two profitable blogs and working on a third one as we speak. So if you are still searching to find that one program that will tell you how to create a profitable blog, use the information above as a guide to make sure it offers everything you need to succeed.

If you click on the link I provided in my resource box below, it will show you one of the blogs i created using this program and you will also find a link to this incredible blogging program. Click on that link and review the information about this program. You will not be disappointed.

Hello everyone! So i've finally created my very own food blog! This blog has been a very long time in the making. It includes recipes such as breakfast, appetisers/sides, mains, desserts, drinks as well as fitness and beauty content. I will post new recipes weekly so please check it out and be sure to subscribe for email updates when I post a new recipe! Check it out here!

A bit of back story:
I actually started this blog around 2 years ago, I had an idea in my head of exactly what I wanted. But knowing nothing about taking a photo or even using the site, things took a long time. I eventually got the hang of things, but I couldn't take a photo to save my life (not saying i'm great now, just saying i've progressed) so all the posts were crappy, and not what I wanted to be at all. So I deleted many posts and re did everything and started again, leaving only a few original recipes (the two desserts) So the dessert category is still in progress and the posts aren't the best- but I can assure you they taste great! 🙂 I then had the flow of things, and just as things are starting to go right, thats when things like to stuff up right? The site just stopped working for months and I couldn't even log in, so this obviously put me back a long shot. Uni and work of course get in the way and just life itself. But Im somewhat happy with it now and I feel comfortable to release it. It's no where near perfect, its a work in progress still but I hope I continue to improve as time goes on, and I hope you guys enjoy it.

How often have you found yourself with something to say relating to your website or business, but unable to get the word out in a convenient, affordable way? Traditional advertising doesn't always give you the platform that you want or need. After all, what do you do if all you want is to weigh in on an issue currently in the media? Or you wish to make your customers and potential customers aware of some cause that you and your business happen to be taking part in? What if you just want to offer a fun way to increase public relations?
That is where creative blog design comes in. The biggest mistake many make in ecommerce is assuming that blogs are a personal tool for entertainment purposes only. More and more, business owners are attaching blogs to their existing companies and websites to create a new way to communicate with their target audience, or expand it to draw in a wider array of customers. Reaching a client base is only one of the benefits of creative blog design, however.
Another major benefit of blogging is what I call the 'It' factor. Online businesses are so similar, and it is hard to convey a sense of originality to your customers through a layout alone. Website design can only take you so far, which is where creative blog design comes in. You can really instill confidence in your products by giving a regularly updated stream of posts relating to what is going on in your company, the more personalized the better. People love entertainment, and if you can bring an element of that to the way you sell, you will have 'It', and a clear edge above your competitors.
The next benefit is marketing surveys. There is no better way to get an idea of how your products are doing, as well as what others can be developed, than by using a blog. Visitor comments are an invaluable resource of information, and will give you all the data you need without having to use the usual complicated statistics that can take months to gather. Imagine putting out a new brand or product and being able to get an immediate response to it. It saves time, money, effort, and will improve your marketability long-term. It also shows customers that you care about their opinions, which will always bring them back.
The last benefit is all about the numbers. SEO and similar niche marketing methods can only go so far in bringing you business, and ditto on expensive advertising. Blogs, however, are given a distinct priority in most search engines, including MSN, Yahoo, and Google. This will bump your blog results ahead of your business results, which is plenty of reason to turn to creative blog design, if only to give you more hits and traffic.
In the end blogging in and of itself may not be much more than a way for teens to express their love over the latest pop icon. But when incorporated into a business you will find that it will not only create a closer link between you and your current customers, but it will create further opportunities within your company that can boost sales, open up additional revenue, and just give you a more stable position in the world of ecommerce.
