Everyone always wants more readers on their blog. That's kinda the whole point in writing them...right?!?! The problem is most people don't actually promote their blog. Which is kinda funny if you think about it. How do you except people to find your blogs if you are not promoting them?

Well the good news is that YouTube actually allows you to get more blogs readers and traffic to your blog on a daily basis.

To do this you need to use my YouTUbe traffic formula. Which starts with creating a video on the topic people are looking for right now, add value in the video, add and offer more value off the video and onto your blog post. Once you do this people will flock to your blog on a daily basis.

Will it take time? Sure it will but you only have to do it once and it will continue to work for you everyday.

Give it a try and don't forget to grab your free training to ensure you get the most blog readers you can to your blog.

See how we get more traffic and sales from YouTube with http://www.videoovertakeuniversity.com AND how you can add special effects to your videos by using things like green screens and video footage.

You can add things like explosions, movie scenes, fire, and other cool effects in your videos. In most of our videos we use green screens and chroma key out the background, allowing me to add in whatever I want.

If you want to add in text to your videos you can still use the green screen and chroma key it out and throw in text wherever you want. The trick is to play along with it as you record and almost guess where the special effects is going to take place.

You will end up filming the video and then in the editing is when you key out the green screen and add in your special effects, which you can download from sites like videohive.net.

Twitter has grown tremendously and to a level few predicted. The social networking website receives a whopping 180 million unique visitors a month, and has 105 million registered users. Twitter has grown to be highly relevant to a number of industries. Now there in fact individuals on Twitter who aren't narcissistic hipsters describing their lives in excessive detail to anyone who will pay attention.

So why hasn't the legal profession taken the hint? Professor Richard Susskind writes in his in his acclaimed book, The End if Lawyers?, "most lawyers that I speak to dismiss Twitter as yet another plaything for their children. Of what possible relevance, they inquire, could this possible be for a senior legal practitioner"?

Those asking the question might be surprised to learn just how relevant Twitter has become. Much like the modern world in general, the legal profession now develops more quickly than ever before. Attorneys who tweet are instantly a part of one of the largest legal discussions in the world, and taking part enables them to keep up with new developments.

Using Twitter makes finding relevant legal insights effortless to discover. Solicitors constantly require fresh points of views on legal issues, and the Twitter community can put them into contact with experts who can respond to legal questions from different points of view.

Twitter can also add a human touch to the otherwise impersonal legal profession. Tweets often uncover the humanity hiding within successful solicitors, who can seem cold and remote to younger lawyers. Some law firms have begun to use Twitter in this way as a way of building camaraderie. One lawyer in London explained that tweeting was a great way to build relationships with clients, always an essential job for law firms.

Young Solicitors in London are a driving force behind the changing relationship between law and Twitter. The Corporate Counsel New Media Engagement Survey discovered that 26% of lawyers aged 30-39 agree that a law firm's existence on Twitter will impact whether they are instructed.

The increasing popularity of Twitter has amongst young attorneys suggests that Twitter will shortly grow to be a significant part of the legal community Currently several prominent law firms and west London solicitors have begun tweeting with regularity. Lawyers should move ahead of the crowd, and figure out how to leverage Twitter before their competitors do.

We provide West London's corporate community, from European HQs of multinationals to UK plcs to large privately-owned businesses and local businesses with expert legal advice. Our team of solicitors in London are recognised as leaders and experts across a number of areas by the UK's independent legal directories.

Twitter is a social networking site with blogging capabilities that allow people to share information, news, blog posts, images, and other multimedia objects on the Web. Also, Twitter allows the users to customize their accounts for a more personalized look and feel, which is one of the reasons why social networking sites are popular to date.
If you want to personalize your Twitter accounts backgrounds, first you have to look for websites that offer background designs for Twitter. Browse through the available design and find the background that you want to put in your Twitter account. Usually, there is a View Sample option on each template design for you to have an overall look on the background once applied in your account. If you have decided on the design, click Choose or other similar buttons to make your selection.
Next, fill in your personal information, such as your complete name, home address, contact numbers, website, email address, blog, and a short biography. Bear in mind that you have to check your spelling and grammar, since the information you will be providing will be displayed for all of your followers in your Twitter account to see.
Then, upload your logo image and personal photo from your desktop or your laptop to complement your hot twitter backgrounds. You have to make sure that the images you are going to upload will not be larger than two megabytes, or they will not be uploaded at all. Also, enter your personal email address and the username for your Twitter account into the empty fields. Click the Continue button to proceed on the next step.
After having completed all the requirements, you will receive an email shortly with guidelines on how to get your hot twitter backgrounds and upload them on your Twitter account. While you are waiting for the email, you could browse on other hot Twitter backgrounds for more preferences.
Once you have successfully uploaded your hot twitter backgrounds to your profile, tweet about it. Spread the news of your new personalized backgrounds to your relatives and friends and tell them how they can get their own. Also, check the website where you have gotten the backgrounds for updates.
