If you ever wanted to make a website, starting off can be confusing. David creates a website using Notepad along with HTML and CSS right in front of your eyes. This video isn't as much as a tutorial as it is a visual display of how websites are made.

hey. I have created a website for news/blog and podcast but…im struggling to make a blog/news page…is there anyway you can help me out? i created the website using Adobe muse and then converted to html file…i just need a custom personal blog page…which i am struggling on?
great
Thank you! exactly what I needed, to see. I've spent a bunch of time learning HTML&CSS from books and tutorials, but I couldn't quite "see it" without them.
The CSS does not seem to be responding to my html document. They are both in the same location. Am I linking them right?
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="new 1.css"/>
And why are you using a * in CSS towards the top. Could that be my problem that isn't the character your using.
just a question… im only 11, and if the tag <img src="picture.png"> doesnt work, could i put <embed src="picture.png">?
Windows notepad. Light and does the job unlike apple TextEdit.
Hi there,
I CANNOT get my css to link to my html, and I can't figure out what's wrong:
<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
<link rel=“stylesheet” type="text/css" href=“style.css”/>
</head>
<body>
<div id=“wrapper”>
<div id=“header”>
</div>
<div id=“content”>
<div class=“post”>
<h1>My Blog/h1>
<p> </p>
</div>
</div>
</body>
</html>
I'm using Sublime Text 2 on a Macbook Pro. Thoughts?
Do you have any website where are all the color codes?
can other people make comments when we create this blog
