I didn’t even hear you mention your accent (I watched the video 2x), let
alone apologise for it, but I love it! Aussie accents and Aussie slang are
awesome, and among my favourites in the world! 🙂

  • BlogTyrant says:

Thanks for the tip. A lot of people have said in the past that Australians
    talk quickly. Good to know.

Good point its a waste of time to use a free blog but if you have no money
start there to at least get the hang of writing.

Hey Darren. It was done by the cool people over at Splasheo. Highly
    recommend.

Hey, I like the digital intro animation. Did you do that yourself or did
you hire somebody to do it? What software? It’s really nice.

  • Chere Harbridge says:

love your accent, don’t apologize! 🙂

Your video is very nice. Plz tell me which camera you have used?

  • Susan Leger says:

Very nice video Ramsay. I’m setting up a studio as I write. Intending on
using white background to record although I do like your interior setting.
What lighting sources do you use?

  • Sue Tamani says:

ye I reckon he could give Justin Beiber a run for his money CreativeDesigns
    lol

  • BlogTyrant says:

Ha ha. Thanks very much! Glad you enjoyed it.

Hey Martin. Great questions! Camera: Canon Rebel T2i. It’s supposed to be
quite a good low light camera and wasn’t too expensive. Lighting: Still a
bit of a beginner here. Natural light. Sound: RODE cold shoe mic. Not happy
with sound. Too much “static”. Hope that helps!

  • BlogTyrant says:

    Thanks bro!

  • Sue Tamani says:

wot? you call that an Aussie accent hahaha do NOT apologise for the way we
speak most peeps worldwide love our accent just remember to speak slowly I
posted my video in reply – just not sure if it came through anyway, love
this one have you thought of putting text over as a break from just you
    talking?

  • Bella Sarita says:

You’re awesome, thanks so much for sharing

  • BlogTyrant says:

Hi Susan. Yeah the white background looks cool. It was something I thought
about but decided that it wasn’t really my style – I’m a bit more casual
and like to keep my stuff consistent with the whole “home office” vibe. All
natural light in that one. The pros recommend a sunny side window. 🙂

  • BlogTyrant says:

Thanks Kimberly. Yeah it’s interesting. I don’t really like the idea of
having myself out there that much but it seems like a necessary step these
    days.

  • BlogTyrant says:

    Hi there. It’s a Canon Rebel t2i.

I think you did a fantastic job Ramsy. Sue is right, I’m a peep who loves
the accent. I’m an email subscriber to Blog Tyrant, never leave a comment,
but throughly enjoy your ideas and content. I was just curious to see you
“in person” and your just a cutie!

*How to Start a Blog the Right Way*
This is a short tutorial I did on the 3 elements that are needed to start a
blog the right way if you want to have long term success.

People are always asking me about whether they should use Tumblr or Blogger
or WordPress so I wanted to make something that outlines my position.

Please give it a plus or a share if you like it and if there are any other
videos you’d like me to make just let me know!
