Quilt As You Go Vlog

Show notes are at www.knittingpipeline.com. I am PrairiePiper on Ravelry and knittingpipeline on Instagram.

This is not intended to be a tutorial, but rather a walk-through of some of the steps in making a quilt in the "as you go" method. I have learned from classes on Craftsy, blogs, and mainly the book, Quilt as You Go by Jera Brandvig. I recommend you purchase this book as it is the best I've found on the quilt as you go method.

The fabric used is a jelly roll, Hello Dolly by Bonnie and Camille by Moda, along with other fabrics I had in my stash. My machine is a Brother CSI6000 which is inexpensive and a great little machine with lots of high end features. (No affiliation).

Thank you for watching! Feel free to post questions and comments.

Thanks for sharing. your videos inspired me to start a quilting project. I'd love to see the back of the quilt, or maybe a future quilt.

Both of her books are useless.  I have them both and they are NOT what they seem.  We all know the QAYG method from before she come along.  Her books skip over so much its unreal.  Have to go to this page for this, this page for that, etc etc.  Nothing is put together in the book so people do NOT waste your money, the books are useless!
